After your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your order via the link in this e-mail.
If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@auryncouture.com. We will try to change the address before we ship your order.

Shipping
Our delivery times to the UK are 5 to 9 working days. Processing time is 1 to 2 working days. In total 6- 11 working days. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping. All orders are shipped with a standard delivery time of 5 to 9 business days.
We currently charge £3.95 on all orders within the UK. Above £60 we offer free shipping. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days at info@auryncouture.com with a photo of the damaged product. We will replace the product free of charge. See our Return Policy for more information.
If your package has not been delivered, please contact us. We will send a new parcel before applying our Refund and Return Policy.

All payments on our site are made in Pounds. You can pay with any accepted payment method, but the conversion into Pounds will be carried out by your bank or payment provider.

Refund
If you wish to return a product and receive a refund, please email us at info@auryncouture.com with your reason for return, a tracking number and your order number. See our Return Policy for more information.
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, you will receive your refund within 5 days via the payment method you used to place your order.
Yes, in the event of a complete return, the total amount of your order, including delivery costs, will be refunded. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you have not received your refund within 14 days of return approval, please contact us at info@auryncouture.com.
